thoughts on gays?
I don’t like that they are called gays. So what am I, a straight? They are people, just like me. Why should they be labeled any differently? Some people are so close minded they just want everything to be their way, and think that that’s the only way. They are attracted to the same gender. So what? They aren’t hurting people in any way. They just want to be with who they love. I think society is like the strict parents separating the girl from the boy she loves. Now think about being in the position of the girl and boy, is that fair? Now think, we aren’t even the parents. We are just people, same as them. Why should we get to tell them it’s wrong? Sorry, but we aren’t God, we don’t know what’s right, we just like to think we do.
how do you know when you’re in love?
when you can fly but you’re on the ground. you haven’t taken drugs, yet you feel invincible. you aren’t drunk, but you will tell the complete truth. you’ve been hurt, but you feel untouchable. you’ve been sad, but now you feel complete happiness. the butterflies have reached their maximum, yet you’re completely comfortable. and in that moment, no matter how messed up your life may be, everything seems to be in place. but then again, when you fight, you yell louder than imaginable. your anger will be ten times worse. because this person will mean more to you, and you’ll expect more than ever before. there’s a passion that never ends. you find pleasure by hearing their simple voice. all your emotions with this person are raised up. and you would do absolutely anything to see their dreams come true.
what are your thoughts on premarital sex, besides that your saving it for marriage?
well, it depends on religious beliefs, and the specific relationship. if you’re asking as for me and Luke. He is my boyfriend, will one day be my lover, but he is also my brother. not like that though. Luke is my brother in Christ. The opposite of love is not hate, but it is to ‘take’ Each time we show love we show it through giving. Think about it. So yes we should give the ultimate gift of love to our soul mates one day, but just because I believe I have found my soul mate doesn’t mean I can give myself to him now, because I’ve also given myself to Him. That may be kind of confusing. I belong to God, before I belong to Luke. and as being his sister in Christ, I have to keep him accountable, by not giving him what he wants, even though I would like to, because I love him. Luke is a teenage boy, and he’s straight. He wants to have sex with me. But he knows I am against it, so he’s willing to wait for me. He knows he’s had the chance to walk away if he wasn’t willing to wait. But when you love someone, you sacrifice. So he sacrifices for me, so I can please Him, and will one day please him. Really confusing I know :) haha. but yea, those are my thoughts. I have nothing against my friends who are having sex though

how did you and luke end up together?
okay. so. back in the day, eighth grade, I went to a cross country meet with my middle school. I was injured, so I couldn’t run the meet. I was walking with my school through the parking lot, and we passed by the bus, from a different school, where Luke went. He saw me walking. I still remember I was wearing sweat pants and a tshirt. And he told the guy who was sitting next to him that I was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen and that he was going to talk to me. So during the race, when I was cheering on my friend Sydney, he came up to me and started talking to me. Personally, I thought he was really cute but I told him he was perverted and annoying. He continued to talk to me.. haha. He added me on facebook and then it was about a week before I gave him my number. The kid wouldn’t give up. We became good friends in the summer, and then eventually he made me fall for him. I thought we were just going to be a summer fling and break up when I started high school, but that summer I fell in love with him, and he’s been my best friend and boyfriend ever since.
